I have watched this over and over, and I have to think it's genuine. The reason I'm saying that is because of the stacked videos. They were not there when he pans around briefly from the kitchen, then four seconds later they were. Then restacked again in the same time period while he's looking up the stairs

I need to go to that house!!!

I'm not sure, but if I am doubtful, then I'm more inclined to believe it than not.
The cupboard doors, probably a set-up.
The videos, probably not!
